Select Information Exchange provides financial recruiting data and information to brokerage firms such as American Express Financial, A.G. Edwards & Sons, Ameritrade, Citibank Securities, Chase Manhattan, Fidelity Investments, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Dean Witter, Oppenheimer & Co., Paine Webber, Raymond James, Smith Barney, and Wells Fargo.

Business Challenge:
Modernize the company’s work flow process and customer experience from a manual internal system to an automated Internet-based system that can be accessed by company staff and clients themselves.

Zynergy Solution:
After 34 years in the business SIE had accumulated many manual processes and systems to accomplish their core services. The question Zynergy needed to answer was, "Is the most effective system being used and could they improve their position through Internet-based solutions and automation?" After Zynergy conducted a research phase and an evaluation of the current procedures were conducted, Zynergy developed a prototype for the SIE team to review and make modifications to so it would optimally fit their needs. The prototype once approved was built into a system that took a client and internal team members through a transparent step process for building online lists in real-tome using a database that now resides on a dedicated server connected to the Internet. The system queries 600,000 records in a matter of seconds.
