CELEBRATION, FL., Smart City Telecom has awarded Zynergy a contract to evaluate market penetration and strategy development for their broadband product and service offerings.

Allen Sims, COO of Smart City Telecom will be leading the project with Zynergy throughout the next few months. Zynergy will focus on conducting the first 3 steps of the Zynergy process, observation, validation, and strategy development. This will provide Smart City Telecom insight of customer needs and a roadmap for improving customer awareness and brand loyalty.
